At SACA, we believe that mindful breathing can have a tremendous impact on our mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Our challenge encourages people to practice mindful breathing exercises for a set amount of time each day in order to reduce stress and improve focus. We also offer guided meditations and audio recordings to help our participants to stay on track and get the most out of their daily practice. SACA stands for "Share A Capture of Appreciation". Our mission is to help people express gratitude for the little things in life, no matter how big or small. We designed a 30-Day Gratitude Photo Challenge that encourages people to take a photo each day of something they're grateful for. Whether it's a beautiful sunrise, a kind gesture from a friend, or simply a moment of peace, we want to help people appreciate life's little joys. We hope this challenge can help promote gratitude and a positive outlook on life.
