Who We Are?
At SACA, we are committed to creating a space where people can come together, connect with one another, and feel supported and understood. We offer a variety of group therapy sessions and workshops aimed at helping individuals build resilience and self-care practices. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for people to share their experiences and connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Support groups can be an important part of an individual's mental health care plan, providing a sense of community and belonging that can help reduce feelings of isolation and stigma.
