On May 7, the "Talk It Out" discussion meeting organized by the "Crystal Gravity" team took on a new dimension: it was held outdoors, as a picnic, with participants from AEGEE BAKI and the Foreign Language Department. The topic for the session was social anxiety, and the discussions were engaging and enlightening.

The "Talk It Out" series aims to create a safe space for people to share their thoughts and feelings on various topics, and this time, the ambiance was relaxed and cheerful, as everyone enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine. The participants engaged in lively conversations, sharing their experiences, insights, and suggestions on how to deal with social anxiety.

As the meeting progressed, the organizers introduced some games and activities to break the ice and add some fun to the gathering. Everyone had snacks and drinks, and the group bonded over their shared experiences and aspirations. The picnic setting added a casual and informal touch to the meeting, making it feel like a friendly get-together rather than a formal discussion.

At the end of the session, the organizers were pleased to receive positive feedback from the participants, who expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to talk openly and learn from each other. The picnic-style meeting proved to be a successful experiment, and the organizers are looking forward to planning more outdoor events in the future.
